I started working in the tourism sector 11 years ago.I have 5 stars hotel and ala carte culinary experience. I have been working as a private chef in the mega yacht and yacht sector for about 9 years. I have a good command of Turkish cuisine, French cuisine, Greek and Asian stile food. My expertise in menu editing, healthy cuisine, personalized menu and nutrition. Learning new cuisine is very enjoyable experience for me, I am open to learning and experiencing. I think I have mastered this in my profession where stress management is important.
